In September 2001, Observer IT Solutions provided its project management
services for a major investment Bank, JP Morgan Chase. The project was involved
implementing Bacstel IP architecture and extensive exposure to SAP
The project was required to co-ordinate 7000 users worldwide from three main
cities New York, London and Bournmouth by managing QA team in London for JP
Morgan. The project required CRM experience, Prince 2 certified, experience of
working within a SSL server and ISA Server/Firewall design and implementation.
Project manager was involved in testing financial software application under
Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The Project manager provided
support
to Investment Management/ Trading floor Desktop and Server. He also remained
involved in support and trouble shooting users. He provided his expertise in
Bloomberg and Reuters support. Sira Portfolio Analyser, Bridge, Datastream,
Factset, Barras Portfolio, and Trading software, Lotus notes 5.5.Installation
and configuration of market data applications including packaging.
Observer IT
solutions provided consultancy in SAP Testing and implementation for J.P.Morgan.
It involved SAP CRM FI/CO AR AA IM TR GL AP PS , MM: QM, WM, COGS, regression
and stress testing using Mercury Winnrunner, Load runner and test director suite
and finally UAT testing.The
project was also required to work out
Risk
management. It was also required to perform cost analysis for budget of £5M and
manage team of 35 at JPM for the one desk Project rollout. The project was
completed on December 2002. |
