Windows Global management, Standard Desktop and NT4 to Windows 2003 server rollout

                Observer IT Solutions has been working for IBM since November 2004 for its project of ABN AMRO. Observer IT Solutions has been providing its project management services for the Bank because we are experienced in large scale global rollouts. The project manager has been involved for pilot rollout sites in Amsterdam and London, XP desktop and NT4 server.project risk management, cost analysis. The budget of 6.2M and team of 30 have been managed within the ABN AMRO infrastructure rollout. Project manager has been also responsible for SAP testing and implementation for ABN AMRO. SAP CRM FI/CO AR AA IM TR GL AP PS , MM: QM, WM, COGS, SD, Netweaver, B2B, BW, regression  and stress testing using Mercury Winnrunner, Load runner and Test director suite. UAT testing. The experience of secure server infrastructure ISA Firewall design and implementation has been utilized by the project manager. Remote access using Cisco firewall. Designed  infrastructure and implementated solution has been key the project which has deadline of 12 months.

Project manager was  responsible for the implementation,, acceptance and handover of ABN AMRO Outsourcing tender project. The project Co-ordinated the 3^rd party resource pools consultants & support staff to plan and deliver the outsourcing workload against the agreed project milestones.

ABN AMRO started a detailed elimination process in order to choose the most appropriate business partner for the purpose of completing the project and meeting the diverse solution requirements in a limited time period. ABN extended a period of six Years to IBM for completion of this wide scale project. This project is mainly consisted of the management of relations with providers, infrastructure assessment and counseling services, installation of infrastructure, network instruments and all computer systems, establishment and expansion of onsite system and network services. IBM exhibited an extremely successful project management in its relations with the partners and providers, and delivered all phases of the project in line with the agreed plan.

A strong infrastructure was used in System Infrastructure Design & Installation project at  branches throughout ABN AMRO offices. Expanding Services (installation of LAN and WAN active devices and computer systems in Head Offices and in branches), IT Operation outsourcing (IBM) gives onsite IT operation support for all IT infrastructure and systems established in both Head Offices and branches) solutions were offered in the content of the project.
